Matthias Brown – Operations Director / CEO

Jennifer Doeuver – Event Coordinator / Community Outreach
Jennifer Doeuver provides strategic leadership and governance oversight, ensuring the organization fulfills its mission to support children and families. She spearheads initiatives to strengthen community engagement, build partnerships, and advocate for programs that address local needs. Jennifer plays a key role in shaping organizational policies, guiding board decisions, and fostering collaboration across teams. Her expertise in community outreach and advocacy ensures that Makes Kids Matter remains responsive, effective, and aligned with the needs of the children and families it serves.
John Smith – Fundraiser
As Fundraiser for Make Kids Matter, John Smith leads the organization’s fundraising and resource development efforts to ensure long-term sustainability and growth. He is responsible for identifying funding opportunities, building relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners, and supporting grant and campaign strategies.John works closely with the executive team to align fundraising initiatives with organizational goals, track fundraising performance, and maximize financial support for programs.
