How many employees can participate?
Anywhere from a small team of 5 to 50 or more. We scale the activity and logistics to your group size, so just tell us roughly how many people will attend.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend at least 3 to 4 weeks so we can design the right experience and secure materials. Holiday-season dates fill quickly, so earlier is better.
Is our partnership tax-deductible?
Yes. Make Kids Matter is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 99-4496638), and partnership contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Where do the events take place?
At our West Valley location, at your office, or at a community site, whatever works best for your team. We coordinate the venue and logistics with you.
What do we receive afterward?
A recap with photos and a short impact summary at every tier, plus video, co-branded content, and reportable ESG/CSR metrics at higher tiers.
