Roughly one in five kids we serve face food insecurity, and most attend Title I schools where families stretch every dollar. Make Kids Matter grants holiday wishes for economically disadvantaged children and youth across Glendale, Peoria, Avondale, Goodyear, Buckeye, and Surprise, from everyday essentials like shoes and coats to once-in-a-lifetime gifts like a first bed or a learning laptop. When you grant a wish, you tell a child they are seen, they are valued, and they matter.
